Can you provide more information about the services offered by HVU Media?
We offer a solution for partners who want to run their products but do not have a healthy FB ads account or page to do so. We accept all products from our partners, including GAMING, CRYPTO, RECRUITMENT, INVESTMENT, and more, and ensure that they will not experience any interruptions while running their ads. We can provide multiple accounts to our partners, and if any account fails, we will replace it immediately to ensure the continuity of our clients’ advertising campaigns.
How much do I have to pay to use your services?
Our partners will incur a 8% fee based on total spending (no additional fees will be charged). This means that if you run ads worth $1000, you need to pay an additional 6-8%, totaling $1060 – $1100.
If I deposit $500 and have spent about $330 and my account provided by you is locked, what will happen to the remaining balance and how will I know?
Each Facebook account will have its own ad account. Additionally, the ad account we provide you will have an invoice that shows the amount you have spent, so you can easily check if the balance matches. In your case, the remaining balance would be $170 ($500 – $330), which will be transferred to the ad account in the next cycle we provide you. Alternatively, if you no longer want to use our service, we will refund the remaining $170 to you.
If I’m running a product that’s not allowed on FB ads such as crypto, weight gain, weight loss, and this leads to the death of my ad account and you provide me with a new ad account, will I have to pay any additional fees?
As we mentioned before, we don’t need to know what product you want to run. You only have to pay 10% of the total fee spent, and providing a new ad account and new card is completely free.
Assuming you are running ads and your Facebook ads account is disabled, how long will it take for you to be provided with a new account from your side?
We will provide a new account immediately upon receiving notification from you. Our support team is always available with 1-2 people online to assist our partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in crypto, specifically USDT, for convenience. Additionally, we also accept payment through Payoneer
How can I access my account to run my campaigns after I have deposited the funds?
First, you need to download and register for a Gologin account (you can download it from the official Gologin.com website). Then, you send an email with the Gologin account that you registered to us and we will share profiles with you (profiles include an ad account and an account to run it, pages to run and pre-installed pixels). You just need to log in to the profiles that are specifically assigned to you to set up ads and make money.
If I use your credit card rental service and then don’t want to use it anymore, what happens to the remaining balance?
We will refund the remaining balance to you and will not charge any additional fees, so you can rest assured.
What happens if the account gets locked?
We offer two free accounts for you. We start charging from the third account onwards, at a fee of $30/account. The money in the locked account will be transferred to another account.
